There are some national lists like the National Trust's real estate listings http://historicrealestate.preservationnation.org/

and Preservation Directory, http://www.preservationdirectory.com/HistoricRealEstate/HomesForSale.aspx

but I don't know how widely they are used and if they'd reach your target audience.

There's also Antique Homes, http://www.antiquehomesmagazine.com/info.php?info_id=70, which seems to have a New England base.
