[MassHistPres] Lawyer to draft preservation restriction?

Can anyone recommend a lawyer to draft a preservation restriction for a
historic house in Medford?

If you are yourself a lawyer willing to undertake this task, please email
me off-list with your hourly rate and/or estimated total fee.  The
restriction should give the house the same protection as a single-house
historic district, no more nor less.
