[MassHistPres] Demo Delay-Best Practices

Hi all,

For the new Massachusetts Historical Commission workshop on Administering Demolition Delay Bylaws, I would like to hear from communities that currrently have demolition delay.

Do you have any success stories that you would like to share with other local historical commissions?
Do you have any best practices that would be useful for other local historical commissions to hear?

While I have plenty of material in the presentation on both of these subjects already, I thought I would ask here for your input.

The first presentation of this workshop will be on January 30th, hosted by the Cape Cod Commission.   I am finalizing a day/time/location in the Metrowest area during February. If you are interested in hosting a similar regional workshop on this topic, I'm looking for some additional venues statewide.
