LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF CLINTON

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

 

The Town of Clinton, acting through its Community and Economic Development Office (CEDO), seeks proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the “Clinton Cultural Resource Survey.” Proposals must be received at the Community and Economic Development Office, 242 Church St. Clinton, MA 01510, on or before 12:00pm, Friday, August 14, 2015.

 

The Town of Clinton reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town’s best interest.

 

The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, is available upon request on or after July 6, 2015 at the CEDO, Clinton Town Hall, or by contacting the CEDO Director at (978)365-4113. The RFP may also be requested via email to pduffy at clintonma.gov.

 

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full‑time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any of the above‑mentioned areas.
