TOWN OF SUTTON

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS



The Sutton Historical Commission, by and through the Town of Sutton, is
seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to
undertake a National Register Nomination for the Manchaug Village Historic
District in the town of Sutton. Proposals must be received at the Office of
the Town Administrator, Sutton Town Hall, 4 Uxbridge Road, Sutton,
Massachusetts 01590, *on or before 10:00 **am, Thursday, August 6, 2015*.



The Town of Sutton reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to
waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town’s
best interest.



The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing scope of work, proposal
requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request
after *10:00 am, Monday,* *June 29, 2015* at the Office of the Town
Administrator or Planning Office, Sutton Town Hall, 4 Uxbridge Road,
Sutton, Massachusetts 01590 or by contacting the Planning Director by
e-mail or telephone at j.hager at town.sutton.ma.us or (508) 865-8729.



Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor’s
degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art
History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full‑time
experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any
of the above‑mentioned areas.



The RFP may be viewed and printed from www.suttonma.org through the link on
the home page, Planning Department, or Historical Commission pages.

30, 2015.
