[MassHistPres] Demolition Delay Violations

Chris,

We've had to impose the two-year moratorium provided in our ordinance five or six times in thirty years. It's painful for everyone, including the commissioners and the community that has to put up with a derelict construction site, but word gets around so we don't have to do it very often.
