Historic Preservation Intern Opening
The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission seeks a qualified and highly motivated intern to assist with historic preservation projects throughout western and central Massachusetts. Desired qualifications include coursework and/or experience in historic preservation and/or historic architecture; good writing and verbal communication skills; good computer skills; and strong organizational skills. Applicants should be comfortable doing field work and working independently. Individuals pursuing a master's degree in historic preservation or related discipline will be given preference. Salary is $12/hour. The intern will work 10-15 hours per week, with a flexible schedule. Internship will begin immediately, and run through the academic year.
