What’s the status on modernizing historic property data collection and management here in Massachusetts?

Specifically . . .

- All web-based
- Responsive; image capture and data input from smartphones and tablets (in addition to laptops)
- Always up to date; can always be updated
- Easy to search and sort

Is there a timetable?  A product roadmap?
