[MassHistPres] Limited Space Available for Preservation Field School

There are only a few spaces left for Historic New England's upcoming Field School in Preservation Philosophy and Practice. The Field School takes place October 2, 3, and 4, 2015 at Historic New England's Codman and Lyman Estates, Lincoln and Waltham, Mass.

The Field School uses lectures, case studies, and on-site field exercises to illustrate the preservation philosophy underlying decision-making on assessing conditions, scoping and planning preservation projects, and developing treatments for historic properties. While primarily intended for students of historic preservation, the Field School also provides valuable lessons for professionals and others involved in the treatment of historic properties, including project managers, commission members, and others responsible for overseeing preservation projects.
