[MassHistPres] building partly in district

Recently, a question was asked about Historic District Commission's power to regulate a building partly in, and partly out of an historic district.  The inquiry was put to our town counsel who answered that the entire building was under the HDC's jurisdiction.  His opinion is attached.John WordenArlington HDC
