[MassHistPres] RFP: Waltham/Fernald Cottage Evaluation

The City of Waltham seeks applicants for the following RFP for a structural
evaluation of three historic cottages for use by the Municipal Affordable
Housing Trust Fund. These cottages are among the few remaining farmhouse
cottages from the rural development of Trapelo Road/North Waltham. The
cottages were purchased with CPA funds but have not yet been designated
Historic. Secretary of Interior Standards for Historic Preservation will
also need to be taken into account with this project.
