[MassHistPres] Uses for Historic Structures

Hi All,

I'm with the Waltham Historical Commission. I'm considering various plans
for use of a historic home property owned by the city. I'm wondering
specifically if any folks have had success with limited mixed-use, for
instance using a second floor as municipal rental space to non-profits, or
any other creative uses. The ground floor will be used as historic display
space. The grounds are significant and may be used as open space, a la the
Longfellow House.
