REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 

RFP Groveland Historic Properties Survey—Phase 2 



The Groveland Historical Commission, by and through the Town of Groveland, is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the “Groveland Historic Properties Survey—Phase 2.” Proposals must be received at the Office of the Finance Director, Groveland Town Hall, 183 Main Street, Groveland, Massachusetts 01834, on or before 10:00 A.M., Friday, August 12, 2016. 



The Town of Groveland reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town’s best interest. 



The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request after 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at the Office of the Director of Finance, Groveland Town Hall, 183 Main Street, Groveland, Massachusetts 01834 or by contacting the Finance Director by e-mail or telephone at ddembkoski at grovelandma.com or (978) 556-7204. 



Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any of the above mentioned areas.
