TOWN OF WENHAM
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Wenham Historical Commission, by and through the Town of Wenham, is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the “Wenham Community-wide Historic Properties Survey.” Proposals must be received at the Office of the Wenham Town Administrator, Wenham Town Hall, 138 Main Street, Wenham, Massachusetts 01984, on or before 10:00 am, Friday, August 19, 2016.

The Town of Wenham reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town’s best interest.

The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request after 10:00 am, Monday, July 11, 2016 at the Office of the Wenham Town Administrator, Wenham Town Hall, 138 Main Street, Wenham, Massachusetts 01984 or by contacting the Town Administrator by e-mail or telephone at plombardi at wenhamma.gov or (978) 468-5520.

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any of the above mentioned areas.
