We have reviewed over 230 applications and there has only been one vote for delay. Most applications are for "partial" demolitions therefore keeping the historic integrity of the structure

Subject: [Massplanners] Demolition Delay Tracking
Are there any communities with a Demolition Delay Ordinance/Bylaw that track how many applications they receive and how often demolition is delayed? I am trying to get a sense of the frequency that other Historical Commissions (or whichever body has the final decision to delay) exercise their ability to delay. Any information is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
CJ
