[MassHistPres] House under Demolition Delay - advertised for moving

A pre-1840 full Cape house on Bridge Street in Chatham has recently been made subject to Demolition Delay and is being advertised as available for relocation.  The house is inventoried on MACRIS as CHA.280 - the Kingsbury/Nickerson House.  It was moved to its current lot in 1884 and moved again to its current site in 1922.  Please share this information with individuals who may be interested.
