I believe someone posted a message recently (which I can’t find) about a demo delay law which requires that, for the delay to terminate, the applicant must provide proof of having had the property actively marketed for a year in a good faith effort to find a buyer at a realistic market price
— or something to that effect.
I’d be interested in hearing from any locality that has such a provision actively in use to know what their experience has been and to learn the relevant language of their demo law.
