[MassHistPres] Alum treatment of ponds with funding from the historic category of CPC. Is this allowed?

Hi Gretchen,
I believe that to be true also. I could only find one project in the historic category that restored a pond to its original size. It seemed to be in a complex of a museum that was an old drum factory.
Having failed to receive funding for Hinckley;s pond in the open space category the town is attempting to get funding in the Historic category. Not sure how to fight this.?
