[MassHistPres] Town of Princeton issues RFQ for Needs Assessment and 4 Buildings Master Plan

The Town of Princeton, MA is seeking proposals from design firms for
designer services for a Needs Assessment & Four Buildings Master Plan. The
firm selected shall investigate current and long-term space needs at the
existing sites, and review alternatives as well.  The study shall provide
recommendations and alternatives that could then be used for long-term
capital planning. The assessment and plan are expected to be completed
approximately six months after a signed agreement is in place.  The fee is
set at $100,000.  Requests for Qualifications are available from the Town
Administrator’s Office via email to townadministrator at town.princeton.ma.us.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will take place on August 21, 2017 at
10:00 AM at in the Town Hall Annex, 4 Town Hall Drive, Princeton.
Proposals must be submitted by 1:00 PM on September 18, 2017. The Town of
Princeton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, as well as any
part of any or all proposals, deemed not in the best interest of the Town.
The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities in the proposals.
