[MassHistPres] House restoration

Hopkinton has an 18th century historically significant former residence that needs major restoration work. We have commissioned Old New England Restoration to do a study on where to start and they have recommended we start with replacement of the sills and select structural elements.

We have a $110k CPA grant to do the work. Can anyone recommend at least two qualified contractors to compete with ONER to bid on the work?
