SAXONVIILLE HISTORIC RESOURCES SURVEY


Town of Framingham (Town) is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake an intensive-level survey of cultural and architectural resources in the village of Saxonville. This Request for Proposals (RFP) stipulates the procedures and requirements to be used by the Town in its selection for consulting services. The project will be divided into four phases, to be completed by June 30, 2018

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full-time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above-mentioned areas.

Requests for Proposals will be available Wednesday, July 12, 2017 @ 10:00 A.M. and requests may be sent to purchasing at framinghamma.gov<mailto:purchasing at framinghamma.gov>. Sealed proposals will be accepted at the Procurement Office until Thursday, August 10, 2017 @ 1:00 P.M. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, and waive any minor informalities and technicalities.
