[MassHistPres] Private Home Restrictions

That's great that a private property owner is interested in long-term
protection.
Definitely possible with a Historic Preservation Restriction.  Many
nonprofits will hold these, but will often require a large endowment.  The
municipality could also hold it if that makes sense for you.
These are often required as part of Community Preservation Act awards.
