LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF WEST NEWBURY
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RFP # M-05

The Town of West Newbury, by and through the West Newbury Historical Commission, is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the “West Newbury Historic Properties Survey Update.” Proposals must be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, West Newbury Town Hall, 381 Main Street, West Newbury, Massachusetts 01985, on or before 10:00 am, Friday, September 1, 2017.

The Town of West Newbury reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town’s best interest.

The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request after 10:00 am, Monday, July 31, 2017, at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, West Newbury Town Hall, 381 Main Street, West Newbury, Massachusetts 01985 or by contacting the Purchasing agent by e-mail or telephone at townclerk at wnewbury.org <mailto:townclerk at wnewbury.org> or at 978-363-1100 x110.

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years fulltime experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any of the abovementioned areas.
