[MassHistPres] Towns with demolition-delay bylaws whose Assessor's office uses Patriot software

The town of Maynard recently received state approval for a demolition-delay bylaw.  The bylaw lists 63 properties, rather than a range of property build-dates, e.g., built pre-WWII, that it covers. We are hoping to add a code to the software used by our Assessor's office to flag the listed properties.  It's not clear how this might be done.
