[MassHistPres] Initial opinion survey for possible historic districts?

Chris,

Why not do it the old fashioned way, face to face? There are a lot of
people concerned by "someone else telling me what to do with my house"...
I'd recommend spending time getting the neighborhood on board before
circulating information.
