[MassHistPres] Request for consultant to complete MHC Form Bs on 6 properties

The Westminster Historical Commission is seeking proposals from qualified
preservation consultants to complete Form Bs for the Massachusetts
historical Commission on six properties in Westminster.  The consultant
hired will have a minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in historic
preservation, architectural history, history, or a closely related field,
plus at least two years experience  in an area relevant to this project.
