Good Morning,
As Dennis alerted us and the list serve yesterday, Preservation
Massachusetts is in the process of scheduling a call early next week with
our statewide Preservation Coalition to discuss the legislation, its impact
and setting a course of action forward.
For informational purposes, the legislation is H.4371 and can be found
online:
https://malegislature.gov/Bills/190/H4371
The bill has been referred to the Joint Committee on Telecommunications,
Utilities and Energy and as far as we can tell, no hearings have been
scheduled.
We will keep the list serve updated with the results of that call and next
steps.
Thank you very much and please email me directly with any questions or
concerns.
