[Masshistpres] listserv is back up

Dear list members:

  If you get this email then you *are* on the masshistpres list,
and no action by you is needed at this time.

  Earlier today I put out bad information about using the new
instance of the masshistpres mail list.  It turns out that NO
confirmation is requested or required from the subscribers I
added all in a batch.  I'm sorry for the trouble and will try
to damp down the noise.
