REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

SOUTH FRAMINGHAM HISTORIC RESOURCES SURVEY PHASE I


City of Framingham (City) is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake an intensive-level survey of cultural and architectural resources in South Framingham. This Request for Proposals (RFP) stipulates the procedures and requirements to be used by the City in its selection for consulting services. The project will be divided into four phases, to be completed by June 28, 2019.

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full-time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above-mentioned areas.

Requests for Proposals will be available June 27, 2018 and requests may be sent to purchasing at framinghamma.gov<mailto:purchasing at framinghamma.gov>. Sealed proposals will be accepted at the Procurement Office until August 2, 2018 at 10 AM. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, and waive any minor informalities and technicalities.
