[MassHistPres] In reference to Nancy Dole's question about windows and standards

 I've always thought a packet of basic information  that outlines historic
district protocol  should be provided by a city or town's HDC to Realtors
and potential property buyers to supplement the buying/selling process.
Does anyone publish this type of packet already?
