[MassHistPres] Proposed Restrictions of National Register nomination process — District nomination veto

This was not included in the first posting here.

A National Register District nomination can be blocked if only one property in the entire district is owned by the US Government and that agency objects — regardless of property size — for instance a Post office. 

Also, in addition to submitting comments to the site listed below — by April 30.  If you know a legislator — reach out to him or her.  I know from personal experience, it can be effective in getting a Federal rule changed.
