Town of Grafton is looking to retain a consultant to assist with a
Community Wide Historic Properties Survey Update.  Please see below:

REQUEST FOR QUOTES

RFQ - Grafton Community-wide Historic Properties Survey Update



The Town of Grafton, by and through the Grafton Historical Commission, is
seeking responses from qualified historic preservation consultants to
undertake the “Grafton Community-wide Historic Properties Survey Update.”
Responses must be received at the Town of Grafton Town Administrator’s
Office, Grafton Municipal Center, 30 Providence Road, Grafton, MA 01519, on
or before 12:00 pm, Wednesday, September 25, 2019.



The Town of Grafton reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to
waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town’s
best interest.



The Request for Quotes (RFQ), containing scope of work, proposal
requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request
after 10:00 am, Monday, August 26, 2019 at the Planning Department, Grafton
Municipal Center, 30 Providence Road, Grafton, MA 01519 or by contacting
the Town Planner by e-mail or telephone at planningdept at grafton-ma.gov or
(508) 839-5335 x 1120.



Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor’s
degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art
History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time
experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any
of the above mentioned areas.



The RFQ may be viewed and printed from
https://www.grafton-ma.gov/planning-department, under Current Project,
Grafton Community Wide Historic Properties Survey Update RFQ.
