[MassHistPres] Assessors Records and Inventory forms

No, unless the GIS department of that community has added designations to
its database - property card.  I just checked Wayland to see if I would
find Historic District designations on property card.  Did not.  But if you
click onto the survey form link provided for a property, the MHC/MACRIS
cover page lists any designations - LHD, NR, etc.  so that for Wayland as
an example - one more click beyond the Property Card to a survey form (if
there is a link to a survey form) that would give you designation
information.
