[MassHistPres] Assessors Records and Inventory forms

Wayland has the link to the specific survey form and National Register
nomination - anything that MACRIS has associated with a property has a link
on the Property card so if a property has been identified with a survey
form and then listed in the NR - there are two links on which to click -
each taking you to one or the other document.  I think Lincoln has the same
- I know that property cards have links directly to the B Form....
