[MassHistPres] RFQ - South Framingham Historic Resources Survey Phase II

The City of Framingham (City) is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake an intensive-level survey of cultural and architectural resources in a neighborhood of South Framingham. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) stipulates the procedures and requirements to be used by the City in its selection for consulting services. The project will be divided into four phases, to be completed by June 30, 2020.

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full-time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above-mentioned areas.

Requests for Quotes will be available Wednesday, July 17, 2019 @ 10:00 A.M. and requests may be sent to alp at framinghamma.gov<mailto:alp at framinghamma.gov>. Sealed proposals will be accepted at the Procurement Office until Monday, August 19, 2019 @ 10:00 A.M. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, and waive any minor informalities and technicalities.
