Hi everyone, once again West Tisbury HDC needs your help. We want to change
> our rules and regulations so that owners are able to be granted certs of
> non applicability for maintenance that involves no changes in design or
> materials in a more efficient way. Presently we have to post a meeting,
> meet and vote that the certificate of non applicability is allowed.
> Apparently many other districts have a simpler process where staff or an
> appointed member can approve such applications without the necessity of a
> meeting and vote.
> We know that Salem does that, notifying members via email in case anyone
> feels it requires a hearing.
> Please let me know how your district handles this, so that we can write a
> rule/regulation to submit to town clerk as Chris suggested can be done. We
> need to show the town clerk examples, so she will feel comfortable that
> this is acceptable.
> Thank you so very much,
