[MassHistPres] Developer List for Rehab/Reuse of Former Community Building

Good morning.
I was wondering if there is a resource list of any developers looking to
rehab or repurpose historic structures.
A small group of community members have been advocating for the
preservation and reuse/repurpose of our community's historic 1915 indoor
pool & bath house, and are looking for resources in a last-ditch effort
before likely demolition this winter/spring. The building was on the 2014
Preservation Massachusetts Most Endangered Historic Resource list. Our
local city government has not advocated for the building's reuse or
redevelopment, although a rehab study was done, and the mayor will not sign
the application for the National Register of Historic Places. We have been
told that if our group could find a developer, the building would be
available. We did try advertising in one on-line national real-estate
preservation directory with little response.
At this point, the group would just like to see the structure preserved and
re-purposed, either for private or public use, as the re-use as a publicly
funded indoor pool or building is unlikely.
Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
Be well!
