[MassHistPres] Local Commission Virtual Meetings

Yes, we had an online meeting for the Framingham Historic District
Commission earlier this month. It worked pretty well overall, thanks to the
fact that we practiced using the software/interface a few days earlier.
It worked well that our preservation staff member shared her screen at key
times so that everyone (the public) could see relevant application
materials regardless of whether or not folks had downloaded or reviewed the
materials beforehand from the public portal.
I would recommend practicing using the software in question in advance and
making sure that there is someone as "host" of the meeting who is
comfortable with all of the various functions.
