REQUEST FOR QUOTES
RFQ # M-05

The Town of Lincoln, by and through the Lincoln Historical Commission (LHC) and the Lincoln Historic District Commission (HDC), is seeking responses from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake a Historic Properties Survey Update of Lincoln’s historic Modernist neighborhoods as part of its “Community Ideals – Inventorying Lincoln’s Modernist Neighborhoods” project.
Responses must be received by Ms. Elaine Carroll, Administrative Assistant for the Lincoln Historical Commission, Lincoln Town Offices, 16 Lincoln Road, Lincoln, Massachusetts 01773, on or before 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 23, 2020.
The Town of Lincoln reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town’s best interest.
Persons submitting proposals must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any of the above mentioned areas.
The Request for Quotes (RFQ), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, is available upon request after 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 24, 2020, by emailing Ms. Carroll at carrolle at lincolntown.org <mailto:carrolle at lincolntown.org>.  Questions regarding the RFQ must be written and emailed to Ms. Carroll at carrolle at lincolntown.org <mailto:carrolle at lincolntown.org>.  Please note that the Lincoln town offices are not open for regular business.
