REQUEST FOR QUOTES
The Town of Falmouth, by and through the Falmouth Historical Commission, is seeking responses from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the "Falmouth Community-wide Historic Properties Survey." Responses must be received at the Falmouth Planning Office, Falmouth Town Hall, 59 Town Hall Square, Falmouth, Massachusetts 02540, on or before 10:00 am, Wednesday, January 6, 2021.
The Town of Falmouth reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town's best interest.
The Request for Quotes (RFQ), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request after 10:00 am, Tuesday December 1, 2020 at the Falmouth Planning Office, Falmouth Town Hall, 59 Town Hall Square, Falmouth, Massachusetts 02540, or by contacting the Town Planner by e-mail or telephone at Planning at Falmouthma.gov<mailto:Planning at Falmouthma.gov> or (508) 495-7440.
Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above mentioned areas.
Questions regarding the RFQ must be written and either e-mailed to planning at Falmouthma.gov<mailto:planning at Falmouthma.gov> or faxed to (508) 495-7443.
