Thank you, everyone, for your help.
A, B and C are covered porches. This matches up exactly with what we
already know about the house.
D indicates that this portion of the house is one story, as opposed to the
2.5 indicated elsewhere. This also matches perfectly.
E and F indicate fireproof roof covering materials, tin and slate. In
this case we know the house had a slate roof from 1885 to 1967.
I think we can safely assume that the low-sloped roof was flat-lock tin
sheet metal. If not, perhaps a symbol would indicate otherwise.
