[MassHistPres] Adaptive Reuse of Small Historic Library

Morning,



I’m working on a project to help save a small historic former library
(3,000-5,000 square feet) and am soliciting examples of successful adaptive
reuse strategies/uses/ownership structure/case studies for similarly sized
properties.  I am trying to gather data and present a compelling case for
the town to reverse course on demolition by showing successful projects of
similar size and scale.  Any help you all might provide would go a long
way.
