[MassHistPres] MHC MACRIS Maps Service Interruption and New Site Launch

Hi,

A note to all listserv users of the Massachusetts Historical Commission’s online GIS site, MACRIS Maps at  http://maps.mhc-macris.net/ ,  that service will be interrupted this weekend, 7/18 – 7/19, as we launch a new MACRIS Maps site. Users should not expect to have access to MACRIS Maps during this transition period.  If all goes well, beginning on Monday, 7/20, a new MACRIS Maps interface will replace MACRIS Maps 2.0 Beta.  The new MACRIS Maps has an entirely new look and somewhat different operation and work flow. Help information is available under the “?” button in the top bar.
