[MassHistPres] Lease or sale of town owned building

They might want to look at three longstanding non-profit lease examples in Brookline.  
— The Brookline Music School in the Kennard House on the grounds of the Lincoln School.
— The Motor Museum in the Weld Carriage House in Larz Anderson Park
— The Brookline Arts Center in a former fire station.
I suspect the lease situation in each one may be a bit different
