TOWN OF SUDBURY
REQUEST FOR QUOTES
The Town of Sudbury, by and through the Sudbury Historical Commission, is
seeking responses from qualified historic preservation consultants to
undertake the “Sudbury Community-Wide Historic Properties Survey.”
All responses must be received by Adam L. Duchesneau, Director of Planning
and Community Development, Town of Sudbury, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury,
MA 01776, no later than 10:00 AM on Monday, November 16, 2020. Submissions
may also be emailed to DuchesneauA at sudbury.ma.us and, if emailed, must be
marked “RFQ Historic Properties Survey” in the subject line. Submissions
can also be faxed to 978-639-3314.
The Town of Sudbury reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to
waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town’s
best interest. Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a
Bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History,
Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time
experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any
of the above mentioned areas.
The Request for Quotes (RFQ), containing scope of work, proposal
requirements, and evaluation criteria is available by emailing Mr.
Duchesneau at DuchesneauA at sudbury.ma.us, or via the following link,
