[MassHistPres] experienced consultant to prepare LHD study Report

A neighborhood group in Brookline is looking for an experienced consultant to prepare an LHD study Report for a proposed LHD of generally stylistically consistent, large late 19th C / early 12th C developer houses in North Brookline.  The LHD would be one block long and contain about 28-30 properties.  Because of a demolition case it must be prepared for a fall 2021 Town Meeting, which means that the SR has to be substantially complete by the end of May and absolutely complete before the end of June.
