Chris
Your wisdom, patience, clarity and perseverance have been much appreciated.
There are few people if any who have the overview that you have built over
the years of all the preservation efforts across Massachusetts, including
knowing which communities are making progress and which initiatives are
meeting up against obstacles.

You are welcome to come to Newton any time, would be glad to compare
notes.

In "normal" conditions there would be a big send-off party and you would
need to give a speech (not a slide presentation though!)
