[MassHistPres] Moving on from MHC

Chris-

Thank you for all you have done for the staff and Commissions around the
State.  You have always been a calm and reassuring voice as well as being
always available.  It is hard to imagine you not there. You have left a
wonderful legacy.

 It was a pleasure to work with you and I hope there are more grand
adventures ahead.
