[MassHistPres] H.H. Richardson's home needs a well funded sympathetic owner

I can attest that entering that room and seeing the impression of Richardson's bed in the cork floor made the hair on the back of my neck stand on end.

As for the hardware, Roger Reed wrote an excellent NHL nomination, which could not be submitted due to the owner’s opposition, in which he consider the hardware and moldings of various periods throughout the house, mostly predating HHR to help sort out its evolution.
