[MassHistPres] Where to advertise a request for purchase for a town owned historic property

To all who have such interest and experience. The town of Lunenburg has an
early 20th century brick school house that has been vacated and is
suffering demolition by neglect. The Architectural Preservation District
Commission wanted it to go to sale to be developed. The town advertised it
for sale in the local small newspaper, the central register and posted it
on the bulletin board. I wouldn't expect  that the bulletin board and the
notice page of the local newspaper would result in the sale of the property
to a viable developer. The Select Board is proposing to demolish it asap.
Does anyone have experience on where the best place to advertise the sale
of such a building?
I would be grateful for any information or comment on this.
